Enerpac built the Drive system to rotate the Las Vegas High Roller.
In my role as Controls Engineer, I designed the hardware to control this drive system.
The drive units are hydraulic driven. To control the hydraulic pumps, we used Danfoss Frequency Drives that are controlled by Allen-Bradley PLC`s
The Control Cabinets were built, conform UL-508A, in the US and were shipped to Enerpac in the Netherlands.
After an extensive test period the drive units with the cabinets were installed in Las Vegas, Nevada.
